In this Tidy Up the Halloween Shop guide, I explain how to unlock all three hidden achievements: Behind the Books, A Familiar Face, and Wish You Were Here. I show how to find the secret room using the Veil Glass, gather the ingredients needed to bring Jinx back to the shop, and find the postcard sent to Mara.
How to Unlock All 3 Hidden Achievements
Behind the Books
I recommend cleaning up and putting away all the items before starting. This makes it easier to find the clues needed for this achievement.
I use the Veil Glass to reveal a trail of white kitty prints. I follow the prints to the Crooked Haunted House shelves, where I find a hidden switch in the wall. I press E to activate it and open the secret room.
A Familiar Face
My next goal is to bring Jinx back to the shop. Inside the secret room, I find a spell book and a cauldron. I interact with the open book on the desk to discover the recipe.
I use the Veil Glass again to reveal three new trails of ghostly kitty prints throughout the shop. I follow each trail and pick up one of the items the prints touch.
For me, these items are a Perched Bat and a Sleeping Cat from the Familiars section, along with an Eyeball Daisy from the flowers.
I then follow Mara’s final clue to find Jinx’s favourite mouse. It is inside his little bed, tucked into the main U-shaped counter at the front of the shop.
I return to the cauldron and add the three items, followed by the mouse. Once the recipe is complete, Jinx returns to the shop.
Wish You Were Here
This achievement is easy to get after summoning Jinx. I turn toward the door to the secret room and look for a small table with a lamp beside it.
I find the postcard propped against the base of the lamp. I click on the postcard to unlock the achievement.
