Getting Henry’s Key in Invokyr requires finding the Banquet Room, placing a totem on the correct plate, and solving the safe code. Once the safe is open, I can access a secret passage leading to the hidden vault, where Henry’s Key is waiting.
Invokyr – How I get Henry’s Key
I first make sure the Banquet Room has spawned in my run. This is the only requirement for getting Henry’s Key.
Tip: I have a much better chance of finding the Banquet Room during the Hunter event. It never appears on Frozen or Desert boards.
1: Feed the table a totem
When I only need one totem for this step, I look at the list of house rules on the table on the right side of the room. The rule I need is “No toys at the table!”
I place my totem on the plate surrounded by gold coins and let go of it. The totem must be resting on the plate, not in my hands.
2: Open the safe
Next, I look at the painting on the wall opposite the fireplace. Once I feed the table a totem, the painting rises and reveals a safe.
I use the clues scattered around the house to find Henry’s birthday:
- The birthday card says Henry’s birthday is July 14.
- Charlotte’s letter says Henry was two years old when the children received Invokyr in December 1978. This means he was born in 1976.
Then I enter the code in MM-DD-YY format: 07-14-76, which gives me the safe code 071476.
3: Take the secret passage
I enter the code to open the fireplace across from the painting and reveal a secret passage.
When I follow the passage down to the hidden vault, Henry’s Key is on the statue pedestal in the middle of the room.
What the key opens
I use Henry’s Key on the north locked door halfway down the story corridor. I reach this door through the green arched door in the Collection Room, which leads into Henry’s Room.
I need the corridor key from the hub safe (091387) to reach the story corridor.
