In this guide, I explain how I find all of the Boons, which areas I need to visit, what each Boon requires, and how I trigger the hidden interactions needed to collect them.
A Helpful Tip
A quick tip that stumped me for the longest time: I don’t just left click/press E and walk away. I hold down E for a few seconds, and that makes a big difference when I am trying to collect certain Boons.
Boon of Curiosity
The simplest one to start with!
Effect:
Area/Map: Dark Thicket (Forest Minigame)
Hint: I check behind everything!
Solution: I enter Dark Thicket and head to the right area. I find the Boon hidden behind the waterfall.
Boon of Tenacity
Just keep at it!
Effect:
Area/Map: Dark Thicket (Forest Minigame)
Hint: I need to do many runs to find this one.
Solution: I enter Dark Thicket and head to the left area. The Boon randomly appears within the ruins. It takes MANY runs to find it, so I always check the ruins during each run.
Boon of Growth
It’s the hidden things that grow best!
Effect:
Area/Map: Oasis (Desert Minigame)
Hint: If something looks out of place, I try holding E on it!
Solution: I head to Oasis, the minigame in the desert. In the second shop area, I go behind where the autoplanter sits. I find a small glowing purple arrow in the ground.
I get close to it and hold E for a few seconds to collect the Boon.
Boon of Rage
My rage is glowing purple!
Effect:
Area/Map: The Mine (Mine Minigame)
Hint: If something looks out of place, I try holding E on it!
Solution: I head to The Mine minigame. I look at the middle of the wall closest to the entry rope and find a purple glowing icon about one-third of the way down.
I get close to it and hold E to collect the Boon.
Boon of Reflection
Who knew a glow was reflective!
Effect:
Area/Map: The Mine (Mine Minigame)
Hint: If something looks out of place, I try holding E on it!
Solution: I head to The Mine minigame and look at the left-side wall from the spawn point. I find a purple glowing icon about two-thirds of the way down.
I get close to it and hold E to collect the Boon.
Boon of Accuracy
Aim well!
Effect:
Area/Map: Fuel Shortage (Snow Minigame)
Hint: I look for 3 things that are different about this map, just out of reach.
Solution: I enter Fuel Shortage and must pick the hand cannon. I look for 3 yellow spheres just outside the map boundaries.
I shoot all 3 spheres. Once I destroy them, they stay destroyed, so I try this across multiple runs. I recommend playing a round or two first and getting the range upgrade.
Once I destroy all 3, I get the Boon.
Boon of Speed
Go fast but don’t miss it!
Area/Map: Data Rush (Speedrun Minigame)
Hint: I look for parts of platforms that are out of place.
Solution: I enter Data Rush and head to the 2nd speed run. On the left, I find 2 wall-runs next to each other, with a moving platform opposite them.
I ride the moving platform and look between the two wall-runs. I see a partial platform poking out of the wall.
I dash and jump across to it, then phase through the wall to find the Boon.
Boon of Strength
What a sweet and strong melody!
Effect:
Area/Map: Altar in grass area (behind spawn)
Hint: I need a change of music before I trigger it.
Melody Hint: I check the desert for something that could play music and hold E on it!
Solution: I head to the desert biome. Behind one of the single-story houses, I find a stack of boxes with a gramophone.
I hold E on the gramophone for a few seconds. The music cuts out and new music starts playing.
I race back to the altar in the grass area behind spawn and press E. I am teleported to a small parkour section.
At the end, I find the “memory”, which is the Boon.
Boon of Luck
A lucky tune!
Effect:
Area/Map: Desert area, inside a house
Hint: I need a change of music before I trigger it.
Melody Hint: I check the desert for something that could play music and hold E on it!
Solution: I head to the desert biome. Behind one of the single-story houses, I find a stack of boxes with a gramophone.
I hold E on it for a few seconds. The music cuts out and new music starts playing.
I race across to the altar in the other house and press E. I am teleported to a small parkour section.
At the end, I find the “memory”, which is the Boon.
Boon of Determination
Determined to listen!
Effect:
Area/Map: Industrial area, behind the 5 stacked shipping containers
Hint: I need a change of music before I trigger it.
Melody Hint: I check the desert for something that could play music and hold E on it!
Solution: I head to the desert biome. Behind one of the single-story houses, I find a stack of boxes with a gramophone.
I hold E on it for a few seconds. The music cuts out and new music starts playing.
I race to the altar behind the shipping containers and press E. I am teleported to a small parkour section.
At the end, I find the “memory”, which is the Boon.
