In Sovereign Tower Knight guide, I explain the process how to recruit every knight and also mention their transformations. There are three acts and every act comes with different amount of knights. I discover 9 knights in act I, 6 knights in act II, and 5 knights in act III. I mention each one with requirements and their images so you can discover them easily.
Knights
Act I
Angelica
Requirements: None. She is my starting knight.

Goberto
Requirements: None. Goberto shows up on day 2.

Gwenden
Requirements: None. Gwenden shows up on day 3.

Ursula
Requirements: None. Ursula shows up on day 5.

Dulahan
Requirements: Goberto must be dead.
Note: I can recruit Dulahan during any act.

Chester
Requirements:
I first accept his first quest and send Angelica.
After that, I accept his second quest. When he gives me the quest, he can describe the eggs in different ways:
- Shiny: I send Gwenden.
- Delicious Aroma: I send any knight with a mount.
- Smells Bad: I send any knight with cheese.
After completing the second quest and meeting Chester, I do not click “You’re Welcome.”

Grovershire and Gavault
For these questlines, I side with Arnold for Grovershire and Damian for Gavault.
I can also unlock a secret third option for both questlines. I discover Gideon’s past and do a rerun after completing the game.

To unlock Rufus/The Wolf or Silgur, I need to be on the Grovershire questline.
To unlock Brunhilda or Tarcus, I need to be on the Gavault questline.
The Wolf
Requirements: I pick the option to kill the beast and send Angelica.

Rufus
Requirements: I pick the option to break the beast’s curse.

Silgur
Requirements: I pick the option to kill the beast but do not send Angelica.

Brunhilda
Requirements: I investigate the people and taverns and do not help her arrest her mother.
OR
I invite her at the start of the questline after completing the quest and travelling back in time.

Tarcus
Requirements: I investigate the nobles.

Act II
Arron
Requirements: I beat Dragon Knight.

Gideon
Requirements: None.

Alwena
Requirements: I need to have all of my knights away from the tower. For example, if I have 3 knights, I send all 3 of them on quests for 2 cycles so that no knights remain in the tower the next day.
Note: Alwena can only go on quests for one cycle. I can get around this with horses and similar options.

Ligia
Requirements: I save her father.

Childeric
Requirements: I win the Almor tournament without sending Goberto.
Zolta
Requirements: I cheat in the tournament with Tarcus.
OR
I win the tournament using the Wolf. I have not tested this method myself.
Note: Recruiting Zolta costs 250 Gold.

Act III
Epicrate
Requirements: I either win the trial or break him out of prison.

Edith
Requirements: During the dragon quest in Moonvale, I ask if they know someone who could help.

Daugez
Requirements: I recruited him by having a low people score, around 7 I think. On day 26, I got the option to knight a person, and Daugez arrived the next day.

Gothild
Requirements: After doing a rerun, I had the option to invite the “assassination sponsor” from the beginning. After I did this, I received a quest to ambush Victoria. Once I completed it, Gothild arrived.
Note: I believe there may be another way to recruit her.

Victoria
Requirements: I complete the series of quests she gives me.
Transformations
BUFF Goberto
Requirements: I send Goberto to the Almor tournament final.
Likeable Gwenden
Requirements: When Gwenden’s debt comes up, I make him leave the round table to pay it off.
Zombie Ursula
Requirements: I let Ursula die.
Human Dulahan
Requirements: I make him fight political prisoners in the Almor tournament.
Note: Dulahan has another transformation, but I forgot how to get the helmet.
The Wolf to Rufus
Requirements: I have the witch, and she should eventually give me the option.
Silgur
Requirements: I haven’t done this one myself, but I believe I need to give him a Dragon Heart.
Edgy Arron
Requirements: I give Arron a Dragon Heart.
Changed Edith
Requirements: I make Edith kill.
Favorite Meals for Each Knight

Once I unlock Meals from Arlin, I can use them before finishing my Round Table quests to give one Knight a meal.
Giving a Knight their preferred meal gives me two benefits: it increases their Affinity by +1.5 and adds +0.5 bonus score to their Quest.
I find this especially useful when a quest causes Affinity losses, as losing too much Affinity can make me miss a Knight’s personal quests or even cause them to leave entirely.
